I've been in Hawaii for the past two weeks, I came for the surf, Its been great here I shipped my board down to hit the waves, I've been surfing on Waikiki's outer reef and yesterday I went up to the northshore I surfed at this spot in Haleiwa just down the road from Waimea the waves where coming in at 10-15ft there where pretty big and chunky I have included a photo of the place I surfed I took these pics about 20 min after I got off the water, it was awsome, sunset, Waimea and pipe where in the 25-30 ft range a little big for me.

| These photos where taken Dec 21 by a fellow on the northshore. There was a severe wave warning issued, but you still get the hardcore surfers out, a little big for me! There where estimated at 30-50feet with larger ones today. The photo was taken by Bruce Asato (The Honolulu Advertiser) |

Here are some pictures from Nik Birkett and Andrew Forin on our recent surf trip to Oahu's south shore. We got some good summer south swells and some great waves. These were taken over the last 2 weeks with cheapo waterproof disposables cameras. We had a great time and can't wait to go to the north shore in the winter. |

Longosta going off in March/04. This swell lasted 5 days and i took these pictures after my session. It was a full 3 feet bigger on the mid tide . These pictures were taken at full tide . Dream on.

The pics are from a surf trip to Australia and Indonesia Oct-Feb 03/04. Was an awesome trip, got some gnarly waves and barrels. Surfed NSW and Queensland coast in OZ, Bali, Lombok, and Sumbawa in Indo. These are from Uluwatu in bali before my cheap ass k mart camera got stolen while in Kuta, Lombok. Was a wet but sweet trip.

Here are some photos from a trip to South Africa back in June of 2002. Good times with friends from Cape Town and Australia. We had the sweetest pad at J-Bay overlooking Supers and with the currency exchange at the time it was around $15 a night. The waves ... wow!

Hey, this is Grinder from Taiwan. Here is one pic of me surfing in BAWA INDONESIA. This was a very fun day. 6 foot backs, lots o power.
Its amazing how warm Taiwan waters are... all you need is your trunks. I am working on some good pics of taiwan. The current photo's turned out to look pretty average. I am staying here so I will be in the season and try to get something better. I have a couple shots but not worth it.
I LOVE THE article about the truck getting waxed, it made me laugh and laugh its just sooo funny. Man one thing I have to say about that. You go in the water to surf and then leave. Surf then leave. Stick around and wax people's car, you need to find something else to do, like read a book, listen to some music or find a girlfriend. HAHA. see ya.

Andrew Paine and I recently returned to Canada from a four month surf trip in Japan. We brought back a plethora of surf photage and the following video is a small taste.
