After many days of straight rain here on mainland, the Coquitlam river rose quite a number of feet, and has gained a lot of flow speed! So my friend Ian Daykin and I, bought a waterski rope, tied it to the bridge at Lougheed Hwy, (at the poco skatepark area) and did some river surfing! Here's a couple pics, and hopefull a quick vid to follow. It was extremly fun (better than sitting around inside waiting for skateparks to dry)
