DirecTions: To get there, turn off the highway onto Cleveland Ave as if you were heading into downtown Squamish. Take the first right after the McDonald's on to Buckley Ave. Drive (slowly) past the elementary school, community center and high school and turn right on to Carson Place as if pulling into the back of the high school. The park is tucked in on the left about 300m down Carson.

squamish, britannia beach & horseshoe bay all in one day! Last weekend was epic. We all should've been at Griffin, but ended up in Squamish. The session was rad. In our car there was Jodi, Scotty, Walker and me (Mike T). A bit later Telly and Leah joined us. Scotty was busting out crazy inverts and miller flips and Telly was getting huge back disasters on the big wall, Walker got over the love seat and Jodi made it all look so easy with her laid back style. Leah being a trooper skated with a broken foot! Rolls ins and all. After Squampton we swam at Murrin Lake and then skated some abandoned barn in Britannia Beach. Incredible scenery there, rough terrain, but fun as hell. By the time we arrived at Horseshoe Bay I think everybody was a bit tired but we still did our best. Till next time. Enjoy! |

WhaT iT is: The park is shaping up to have it all, fast tranny lines, flat banks, ledges and a huge curved vert wall which will even keep the bmx-i-cans happy.
NoTes: The Spectrum masters are hard at work on the Squamish park. It's currently about 4 weeks or so from completion, but the boys love it when you show up with your board and tell them to hurry it up!
